First, the public bus from Bergamo was stopped just in front of this property. Second, I was welcomed with a big smile and excellent manner even before check in hours. Third, I could get perfect hotel and area information in fluent English. Forth, my room was very spacious and spotless clean. Fifth, they have a nice common room at same floor to use for 24 hours. They have everything to drink and eat. Especially, tea selection was fantastic. Sixth, they have a very nice restaurant at ground floor. Seventh, area was very peaceful and famous old village Cornello was short walking distance. Eighth, the host in this hostel was one of best where I had stayed in Italy.

It is a garden you want to sit in and relax, just move around between the different spots and levels of the large and terraced garden. The staff are relaxed, confident and attentive - making you feel as an unique guest. And the breakfeast, served in the garden is individualized to your taste and worth at least an hours sitting - the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. And last but not least there is also a restaurant, with lunch and dinner servings, were you sit in the lower terrace, magnificantly lit up when darkness fell. The food was excellent as well as the staff. We had one of the three different tasting menues including 5 dishes, all of which surprized us in presentation and taste. We felt so priviliged during our stay at Relais San Viligo - it is worth a detour in itself!

Super izhodišče za raziskovanje čudovitega starega mesta Bergamo. Za dostop do obzidja lepa tlakovana pešpot. Fant, ki nas je sprejel na recepciji, je bil izjemno prijazen. Soba dovolj velika. Že nekajkrat prespali v tem hotelu, ker je tudi blizu letališča. Možnost brezplačnega parkinga v bližini hotela.

Lokacija je zelo blizu avtoceste in letališča Bergamo. Hotel je čist, recepcija je odprta celo noč, pod hotelom je tudi garaža. Za vse ki potujete in potrebujete odmor, je to dober hotel. Postelja je dobra, posteljnina odlična. Pohištvo je staro, vendar je lepo vzrževano.

Peaceful and calm atmosphere, very quiet area. The breakfast room was underground in a beautiful converted basement with exposed brick walls and ceiling and beautiful lights, the staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful as were the receptionists. Nothing was too much hassle for them :-) Very good value for the price paid.

The Guglielmotel was a perfect staying for us in terms of it's location (for purpose of being on track - Bikepark). The whole place was clean, we had everything we needed. They allowed us earlier check-in, and we were able to stay in hotel's lobby after check-out while waiting for our flight. It is accessible from highway. The closest supermarket and some fast food restaurants are about 20 minutes walking distance. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't provide airport transfer, however we received at least the taxi contact.

All experience was fantastic as usual. We have been @ Miramonti 6 times during the last years. Every single time was impeccable service and fantastic atmosphere. The food is excellent ! Breakfast is something waiting for every morning, all the food and products are of very high quality. Every member of the stuff has in focus the customer and they are making your stay something that you will remember !

Excellent hotel. Large spotlessly clean room, ours had a balcony overlooking the lake. Free bike hire and car park. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Pinocchio restaurant overlooks the lake where you can sit outside, weather permitting. The Spa is very relaxing with sauna, steam room, ice shower, pool and reclining sun loungers...robe, flip flops and towel provided. The staff were pleasant, attentive and very helpful. Short walk to the ferry for a trip on the lake. About an hour into Bergamo on the bus. I always stay here when in Lovere. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed in Aurora for 5 day ski trip to Presolona area. Nicholas & his family could not have been more helpful & courteous. The food for breakfast & dinner was first class & very reasonably priced. Nothing was too much bother including an unexpected trip to the local hospital after I had an unfortunate fall on the ice. Nicholas was our very own tour guide of the area informing us about local history, cuisine & of course the weather! The 1/2m fresh snow during our stay was just the icing on the cake.

We had a great time at Lago d'Iseo! The staff was really friendly and always attentive! The breakfast was really delicious with every possible extra wish! The restaurant with excellent food was very convenient, especially at this time of the year when the season just has started! The area is perfect for hiking to Punta Alta or for discovering the lake by ferry. Thanks for the welcoming atmosphere!

The view was spectacular, overlooking the Forresto Sparso valley. The rooms were finished to a really high standard, very spacious, plenty of parking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the dogs were great companion to my kids! The restaurant was also superb, probably one of the best meal we had in our 8 days in Italy so far. Not to mention their own sparkling wine being of very high standard.
