The hotel is probably the best located in the whole city, it is close to everything in Palermo. The staff was absolutely wonderful. We felt welcomed before even crossing the door when they helped us find a parking spot. The bedroom was beautifuly decorated with a lot of nice touches like the bluetooth speaker. It was always great to come back in the room to relax a bit after a visit in the scorching heat of summer in Sicily. What makes the hotel even more special is the pool in the outdoor common area. It gives a very relaxing vibe to the place and it is refreshing.

Also the staff is very friendly and can offer suggestions about restaurants or local tour companies. Very nice terrace with pool area from where you can admire the sunset or lay in the sun. The only suggestion I would have, I would have liked to have the pool area open as from 8 am.
